OF THE BOTS
A Big 2 Programming competition
Code. Earn Prizes
The Big 2 Bot Programming Competition is a 17-day Australia-wide challenge hosted by UWA clubs Qfin and CFC. Teams are challenged to combine object oriented python skills and strategic insight to design and code an algorithm to play Big 2 against other contestant’s algorithms in a tournament. The Game
Originating in Hong Kong, Big Two is a strategic trick-taking card game that demands well-timed plays and tactical foresight. Players take turns playing valid cards or combinations (tricks) from their hands, aiming to be the first to empty their hand or to have the fewest cards when another player finishes. While the game has evolved into many variations, this competition will play the vanilla version with four players and the rules outlined below.
